  1. What is dropshipping and how does it work with HojoShop?
    A. Drop-shipping lets you sell products without holding inventory. With HojoShop, you list our products on your site, and when you get an order, we pack and ship it using your courier aggregator account. You keep the profit.
  2. Is there a fee to start drop-shipping with HojoShop?
    A. We charge just ₹999/month for 30-day access. This gives you the opportunity so access our entire catalogue of products. This also gives you the option to consult us for free in planning your sales.

  3. How do I register for drop-shipping on HojoShop?
    A. Simply register on our website, then message us your registered email id  to activate drop-shipping access.

  4. Can I use my own website or marketplace store (like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)?
    A. Yes, you can sell on any platform you choose. You just need to copy our product listings to your store.

  5. Do you provide product images and descriptions?
    A. We will teach you how to get ideal SEO friendly images and product description.

  6. How does the shipping work?
    A. you’ll need a courier aggregator account (like Shiprocket or iThink Logistics). Once you place the order on our site, we ship using your panel.

  7. I don’t have a courier account. Can you help me set it up?
    A. Absolutely! We’ll guide you step-by-step to create and activate your courier aggregator account. We have tie-ups with a few Aggregators , and have negotiated industry best rates for shipping. Do get in touch with us by contacting us using this Link . And we will help you setup courier account with them.

  8. When and how do I get paid?
    A.
    If your customer selects Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier aggregator will deposit the COD amount directly into your bank account after delivery.

    When you set up your account with courier aggregator you may enter your own bank details where you wish to receive your COD funds.

  9. Who handles customer service?
    A. You are responsible for communicating with your customers. We’ll handle product fulfillment and dispatch.

  10. Can I use my own branding for packaging?
    A. We currently ship with neutral packaging. Custom branding may be available on request for regular sellers.

  11. What is your return/refund policy?
    A.
    We Offer 10 days replacement warranty against manufacturing  warranty. We do not offer any warranty on broken or physically damaged products.

    In case of Damaged products, you need to follow up with courier aggregator for the refund of the same.

  12. Is there any minimum order quantity?
    A. No, there’s no minimum order requirement. You can start with just one order.

  13. Can I get updates on new products?
    A. Yes, we regularly update our catalog. Once approved, you’ll receive updates  WhatsApp. You may join our WhatsApp community for updates on latest products.

  14. Do I have to ship using your courier aggregator , or can I use my own courier service?

    Yes, you may definitely use your courier aggregator to ship your orders.
